This Billing Policy is incorporated into Meraki Advertising ("meraki-advertising.com") Terms of Use https://www.meraki-advertising.com/terms-of-use and sets forth the billing terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of Meraki Advertising's services (the “Services”). In the event that the Terms of Use and this Billing Policy conflict, the Terms of Use control.
1. General
Upon signing, dating, and returning your Marketing Agreement, the Services will commence and all corresponding payments, as set forth in the Marketing Agreement, will be due and owing. These payments are due every thirty (30) days and continue until your agreed subscription term (“Term”) is completed. All prices are payable in USD.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided under Section 9 (Guarantees).
2. Payment Methods
All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card issued by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa, which must be kept on file with your Account (your “Payment Method”). Checks, cash, and electronic funds transfer are not accepted methods of payment.
By providing your Payment Method to Meraki Advertising, you certify that you are an authorized user of the card and authorize Meraki Advertising to charge the Payment Method in accordance with this Policy.
3. Billing Cycle
You authorize Meraki Advertising to bill your Payment Method in advance on a periodic basis for the amounts set forth in your Marketing Agreement, and you agree to pay all charges so incurred until the end of the subscription term set forth in your Marketing Agreement (the “Subscription Term”). Billing periods typically begin on the date your Account is activated (“Billing Date”).
Failure to make full payment by the Billing Date may result in suspension of Services until your balance is paid in full. Meraki Advertising may attempt to charge the Payment Method on file for up to sixty (60) calendar days. Accounts delinquent for sixty (60) days may be cancelled and referred to a third-party collection service. Outstanding balances remain due and payable.

4. Advertising Budget
By subscribing to Meraki Advertising advertising services, you understand and agree that you are required to maintain a monthly advertising budget (“Ad Budget”) used to place internet advertising on your behalf.
The Ad Budget is separate from management or service fees and does not replace, reduce, or otherwise impact any other charges listed in your Marketing Agreement. The Ad Budget may not be reduced, paused, or cancelled while your Account is active without written approval from Meraki Advertising.
5. Cancellation
At the end of the Subscription Term, your Account may convert to a month-to-month plan at then-current pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you cancel your Account prior to completion of the Subscription Term, or if Meraki Advertising cancels your Account due to a violation of the Terms of Use, this Billing Policy, or the Privacy Policy, no refunds will be issued. All outstanding payments will remain due, and you will forfeit any eligibility for guarantees or refunds.
Cancelled Accounts with an outstanding balance may be referred to a third-party collection service. Client data may be stored for up to ninety (90) days following cancellation.
6. Fees
In the event of late or non-payment, Meraki Advertising may assess the following fees:
* Past due payments may incur interest at the lesser of (i) one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or (ii) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
* Chargebacks may result in a reasonable administrative processing fee per occurrence.
* Collection efforts may result in additional fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection costs.
All such fees are intended as liquidated damages representing a reasonable estimate of costs incurred due to late or non-payment.
7. Billing Disputes
To dispute any charge related to the Services, you must notify Meraki Advertising in writing within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. You agree not to initiate a chargeback during this thirty (30) day dispute resolution period to allow Meraki Advertising the opportunity to resolve the matter.
Accounts may be suspended during the dispute process. Chargebacks do not relieve you of payment obligations for Services rendered.
8. Guarantees
Meraki Advertising offers a guarantee of ten (10) shown listing appointments within one hundred eighty (180) days, provided that the client completes the full 180-day Subscription Term, maintains the agreed advertising budget, remains in good standing, and provides timely access, approvals, and cooperation.
A “shown listing appointment” is defined as an appointment that is confirmed with the homeowner, occurs at the scheduled date and time, and is attended by the homeowner. Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or declined appointments do not qualify.
If the guarantee is not met, the client may request a prorated refund of the base management fee only, calculated as:
(Base Fee ÷ 10) × (10 − Shown Listing Appointments Delivered)
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days following completion of the 180-day term. Advertising spend, third-party software, and pass-through costs are non-refundable.
